Transport Damage

If your package arrives damaged:
📜 Have the damage confirmed directly by the delivery person or the post office.
📜 Take photos of the package and the damaged goods.
📜 Send an email with a description of the damage and photos to:

Returns & Refunds

✔️ Returns possible within 30 days
✔️ Free returns in Germany from 50 € order value
✔️ Returns from abroad at your own expense
✔️ Refund to the original payment method within 5–7 days

📜 This is how the return works:

  1. Register returns in the returns portal & create DHL label
  2. Pack items securely & include return form
  3. Drop off the package at a DHL station or parcel station
  4. After receipt of goods, your refund will be processed automatically

📜 Only unused & undamaged items with tags will be refunded

2️⃣ Pack goods securely – best in the original packaging
3️⃣ Include return slip, so we can allocate the return
4️⃣ Send package with DHL (branch, parcel station or delivery person)
5️⃣ After receipt of goods, the refund will be made to the original payment method

📜 Important notes:
✔️ Only unused items with tags will be fully refunded
✔️ Multiple packages? Create a separate return label for each package
✔️ No cash on delivery shipments!

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after receipt of goods
  • Prepayment / bank transfer: Please send us your bank details for the refund

Complaint & Warranty

Warranty & Liability

2 years statutory warranty
✅ After that, the manufacturer's warranty applies (varies by manufacturer)
No warranty for self-inflicted damage or transport damage

Defect or Wrong Delivery?
  • Upload photos of the damage directly in the Returns Portal
  • After verification, you will receive a DHL return label
  • Repairs take about 2–4 weeks
  • If self-repair is possible, we will send you suitable replacement parts for free

1. Klarna – Pay later or in installments

With Klarna, you have full control over your payment:

Invoice purchase – Pay only after receiving the goods within 30 days
Installment purchase – Divide the amount into flexible or fixed monthly installments

Use Apple Pay or Google Pay to complete your order in seconds:

No data entry required – Pay with Face ID or fingerprint
Maximum security – Your card details are not stored
Available on iOS & Android devices

With Immediate transfer from Klarna, you can pay directly through your online banking:

7. Gift vouchers & discount codes

Do you have a gift voucher or discount code?

✔ Simply enter the code in the checkout field
✔ The amount will be automatically deducted
✔ Redeemable for all products (unless otherwise stated)

8. Cash payment & debit card payment upon collection

Do you want to pick up and pay for your order on-site? No problem! In our boutique in Großmehring, you can personally receive your items and conveniently pay in cash or with EC card.
